From the weight, the dose per kg, the interval and the formulation, it works out the volume in ml per dose, plus the mg per dose and per day.

“Por día” (per day) is the total daily dose: the app splits it evenly across the interval (every 8 h means 3 doses). “Por toma” (per dose) is the amount given in full each time.

Choose “Porcentaje” and enter the number. The app uses weight/volume percent: 8 % = 8 g in 100 ml = 80 mg/ml, and shows the math below.

Not yet: the app is currently in Spanish. The numbers and units (kg, mg, ml, h) work the same in any language.

The interval must be 24 hours or less. There are shortcuts for 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 h, or you can type another one.

Tap + and then “Restaurar compras” (Restore purchases), with the same App Store account you bought it with. The unlock comes back; formulations don't sync between devices unless you restore an iPhone backup.

Open the list of formulations and use Modificar (Edit) or Eliminar (Delete).

They stay: you can still view, use and delete them. You just can't create new ones or edit them.

No. The weight is only used to calculate and isn't saved. Formulations store the medication scheme, never patient data. More in the privacy policy.

Yes. Calculations happen on your device. Only purchasing and restoring need a connection.

No. Always double-check the result and that the formulation matches the bottle you're using. Dosis Kids is a calculation aid and doesn't replace professional judgment.
